Complementary Therapist

Helen Desmond offers a range of Complementary Therapies at Haslemere Chiropractic Clinic, and from her studio in Bramley, Guildford.

Helen started her journey into complementary therapies when studied Reflexology at the widely renowned Raworth Centre, qualifying in 1995.  She went on to qualify in Swedish Massage and Aromatherapy, also at the Raworth Centre. In 2003 Helen went to Australia to study Remedial Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage at Nature Care College, Sydney. In more recent years, additional training in Maternity Reflexology and Massage has enabled Helen to help support expectant mums through their pregnancies. She has also trained in Lymphatic Drainage Reflexology, and is currently studying for a BSc in Nutrition and Health at Roehampton University.

Helen is a member of the Association of Reflexologists and the International Federation of Aromatherapists.

In her spare time, Helen enjoys various fitness activities, including dance, and loves to go sailing!
