New to the Clinic? Please call Reception on 01428 642778 to book an Initial Consultation or send a message to our Team.

Your first visit includes a full assessment and a chance to talk through your concerns at a comfortable pace. This requires a longer appointment slot, so we book these sessions by phone to ensure you are matched with the right practitioner and appointment length.

EXISTING PATIENTS:  Click here for online bookings. If you are new to the online booking system you will need to set yourself up with an online account. If you have any problems, contact Reception who can send you a link to make the process easier. 

From your online account you can book most types of appointment. You can also cancel bookings, put yourself on a waiting list, view your appointment history and access a Personal Portal where we securely store documents such as correspondence and exercise programmes for you. If you cannot find a suitable appointment, we may have additional availability, so please call Reception.

NB You will always receive a confirmation email immediately if your booking (or cancellation) has been successfully completed. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your booking is not on our system.

If you wish to cancel your consultation, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment to ensure availability for other patients.  It is easy to cancel through your online account. A fee may be charged for late cancellations.
